All the BSP payments must be connected to a reservation.
Usually, we download reservation(s) from your system as soon as they are available. Once the reservation is downloaded we will look at the attached rate plan and execute the related rules.
Rules are configured by the Hotel during the setup phase of BeSafe Pay.
Once the reservation has been downloaded you will get notified about it via web-hooks and you will also be able to send additional payment requests (PaymentIntent).
Automatic reservation sync
BeSafe Pay is capable to download reservations automatically from your system. In that case you dont need to push reservations on your end, we will download them periodically for you.
