BeSafe Pay requires you to be PCI certified only if you are willing to use the tokenization endpoint (Create Card Token). The rest of the BeSafe API (checkout module included) are available to everyone.
If you need to send us credit card data to get back a token we will need to receive from you the current PCI certification to verify it and enable you to the usage of the endpoint.
